The Military Officers Club of Northeastern Wisconsin, Inc., was founded on 20 May 1958 as
The Retired Officers Club of Northeastern Wisconsin, Inc.
The chapter publishes a quarterly newsletter and currently has 125 members made up
of currently serving, former, and retired officers and their survivors.
The mission of the MOC of NE WI is to benefit the members of the uniformed services, their families and survivors and to advocate for a strong national defense, while providing needed support to the community and its members.
Section 501(c)(19) refers to tax-exempt organizations that specifically benefit veterans of the US Armed Forces. That means the work of 501(c)(19) nonprofit organizations must focus solely on making life better for veterans or current members of the Army, Marine Corps, Air Force, Navy, Space Force, or Coast Guard.
